“Once the work began, it went very quickly. Afterwards, something was creaking in the wind with the venting, and they came out to adjust it. The first time it turned out the problem wasn’t resolved, so they were back at it again, until the issue was resolved — and they were perplexed (as was I), but determined! That kind of follow up is important — as the creaking was overall a minor issue, but extremely annoying if they weren’t there promptly to deal with it. Bottom line: resolved quickly, and that’s a sign of professionalism.”
“I’m writing this the day before Thanksgiving, giving HUGE THANKS to Raindrop Roofing NW, LLC!! They made time the day before a major holiday to come out and rescue my little cat from the tip-top of my neighbor’s roof. AND then they wouldn’t even charge me for their time. Wow. Please keep them in mind for your roofing needs. And remember, not all cats have learned to climb back down.”
Before & After Roof Remodel
New and Replacement Roofs
With decades of local roofing experience, we help you select the best roofing materials for your home and budget. From pitched roofs and flat roofs to historic preservation and green roofs, we offer homeowners many roofing product choices and the necessary skills to do the job right.
Our attention to detail and deep respect for your property guides our thorough roofing process. From the beginning, we protect landscaping and fragile bulbs as well as stairways, decks, siding, and walk ways.
Raindrop Roofing Northwest puts a premium on customer service – roofing with integrity and expertise from coastal Oregon to Southwest Washington and everywhere in between. We put our 27 years of local roofing expertise to use on behalf of architects, designers, and other remodelers for the benefit of homeowners.
As a subcontractor, we commit to completing work on time and within the project budget barring significant weather issues or changes to the roof plan.
Raindrop Roofing Northwest offers walking deck membranes, the best waterproofing solution for balconies, decks, patios, built-in flower boxes and flat roofs to be used as a deck. Walking deck Membranes are a finished membrane or coating similar to linoleum or rubber which allows foot traffic and regular living use. It is to be used when the roof deck is above a space you want to keep dry and also use for expanding your living space outdoors.
Raindrop Roofing Northwest has over 20 years roofing expertise cultivated in Oregon and Washington’s rain, snow, wind, and sun.
Understanding local building codes and weather impact as well as roofing techniques and materials specific to our region is absolutely critical during an inspection. Roofing techniques or typical materials used in warmer climates like California or Arizona could lead to leaks, rot, or shortened roof life that a less experienced local roofer or recent transplant could miss during an inspection.
