The roof at Fido’s Indoor Dog Park had deteriorated over several decades and had been repeatedly patched to address leaks. The building owner, Josephine Cetta, knew it was time to purchase a new roof. Her primary concern was for the safety and protection of her clients and their pets. She was determined to find a roofing company who would listen to her needs and honor her budget without any extra charges. It was also important to Ms. Cetta that a strong working relationship was created with the roofing company she chose.

Solution

For this project, the owner requested bids from three roofing companies. Once she compared the bids, she noticed that there was added value in Raindrop’s bid. For the same price as the others, Raindrop included extra insulation as well as additional skylights for the same price. She also developed a solid relationship with the roofing consultant, Mr. Lee Esmond. She trusted Lee would watch over her budget of $247,000 for the entire project.
