The first time it turned out the problem wasn’t resolved, so they were back at it again, until the issue was resolved — and they were perplexed (as was I), but determined! That kind of follow up is important — as the creaking was overall a minor issue, but extremely annoying if they weren’t there promptly to deal with it. Bottom line: resolved quickly, and that’s a sign of professionalism.”
