About Ryan Bowen – President

With over three decades of experience in both residential and commercial roofing, Ryan Bowen brings a wealth of expertise to every project. From the ground up, Ryan has worked in every role across the roofing industry—starting with hands-on tasks like cleanup and roofing installation, to roles like repairman, quality inspector, superintendent, then President and an owner. This comprehensive experience provides Ryan with an unmatched understanding of the roofing process, ensuring top-tier service and quality from start to finish.

Ryan’s dedication to his craft extends beyond technical skills. As a proud family man with two daughters and grandchildren, he understands the importance of integrity, trust, and reliability in every aspect of his work. He also actively contributes to his community, restoring tree canopies and volunteering with therapeutic improv for at-risk youth and underserved communities. His commitment to personal growth and giving back reflects the same values he brings to his business: quality, care, and accountability in every project.

Currently furthering his education at Portland State University, Ryan stays on top of the latest trends and best practices in roofing. When he’s not working, he enjoys hiking, reading, playing music, and sharing good-natured humor with friends and family.

Management Team

Torrey Yungeberg
Vice President/Operations Manager

Torrey has been with Raindrop Roofing NW since 2012, starting as a part-time office assistant while studying business. Her dedication quickly led to a full-time role, and after the birth of her son, she was promoted to Operations Manager. After years of caring for the clients, staff and roofing industry, taking on duties far beyond those her job required, Torrey earned the position of vice president. A key figure in the local roofing community, she serves as secretary for the National Women in Roofing council and Program Coordinator for Associated Roofing Contractors of Oregon and SW Washington. Because of her commitment and dedication, she was honored with partial ownership of Raindrop.

Torrey is deeply committed to delivering an exceptional experience for every customer. She takes great pride in making the roofing process seamless, ensuring that from start to finish, customers feel valued, heard, and confident in their investment. She consistently goes above and beyond to guarantee satisfaction, striving to make every project worthy of a five-star review.

Now living on a five-acre farm in Boring with her husband, two children, and a variety of animals, Torrey channels her passion for hard work and community into everything she does.

Sharon Loerzel
Office Manager

Originally from Minnesota, Sharon moved to Oregon as a child and now lives in Hillsboro. She earned an associate’s degree in business science with a focus on accounting.

With decades of experience in construction accounting, Sharon has been with Raindrop Roofing NW for many years, handling all accounting and office management responsibilities.

She enjoys concerts, hiking, beach trips, and cooking with her sisters. When time allows, she also loves painting unfinished projects.

Lynn Conti
Executive Advisor
Originally from Ohio, Lynn moved to Oregon to attend the prestigious Bassist College in Portland, earning a degree in Interior Design. She spent 30 years in the industry, managing up to 500 designers nationwide before retiring to homeschool her daughter and spend time with her grandson. During this time, she also volunteered with organizations like Friends of Trees and Meals on Wheels.

Though she had long assisted Ryan with Raindrop, Lynn officially joined in 2014 as an Appointment Coordinator. She quickly took on a larger role, becoming involved in operations, business decisions, and company strategy. Passionate about customer service, she loves being the first point of contact for new clients and ensuring Raindrop continues its reputation as a trusted local contractor.

Jonathan DelHorno
Superintendent

A lifelong Oregon resident, Jonathan grew up in the Salem/Keizer area before moving to the Portland Metro. Coming from a family of builders, he was drawn to construction early on, starting as a cleanup worker and steadily advancing in the roofing industry. His experience includes working as an inspector for a leading shingle manufacturer, giving him a deep understanding of roofing quality and performance. Now, with years of hands-on expertise, he proudly serves as a superintendent at Raindrop.

Jonathan leads by example, setting high expectations for his crews and ensuring every project meets the highest standards. Certified in roof inspections and safety, he blends technical knowledge with real-world experience, treating every roof as if it were his own. His commitment to excellence ensures Raindrop’s work not only meets but exceeds expectations.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys fishing, hunting, and watching football. He treasures time with his wife and children, embracing the outdoors and family traditions.

Lee Esmond
Roof Consulting and Estimating/Project Management

With over three decades of experience Lee started as a laborer in California, quickly rising to foreman and later becoming the youngest field superintendent at one of the state’s largest roofing companies. After relocating to Oregon in 1977, his deep expertise in commercial roofing has helped deliver the best solutions for our customers.

Committed to ongoing education, Lee holds certifications from Prosult Proof Management Group, CertainTeed, GAF, and Air Vent. An active community member, he enjoys cycling, sports, and coaching teen basketball.

Lee is a father of two and grandfather. For many years he has volunteered at the community level coaching teen basketball and sports. He is an avid cyclist and can be found on some weekends on the back roads or trails enjoying the outdoors.

Sean Franklin
Roof Consulting and Estimating/Project Management

With over three decades of experience in the industry Sean began his career in college as a roofing laborer while earning a degree in Construction Management. After graduating, Sean launched a construction company focused on roofing as an owner/operator. After 12 years of running his business, he chose to close it and follow his passion for estimating and managing projects with Raindrop Roofing.

Sean’s goal is to deliver projects that align with customers’ needs and expectations, ensuring they meet or exceed quality standards. His extensive experience provides valuable insight into achieving high-quality installations that adhere to all manufacturer guidelines.

Sean is a father of two and is deeply involved in the lives of his children. He enjoys a good round of golf when he can fit it into his busy schedule.

Lee Esmond

Lee leads our commercial roofing team. Lee began his roofing career over 35 years ago in California as a laborer. Within a year Lee became a roofing crew foreman. From there he became the youngest field superintendent at one of California’s largest roofing companies. He relocated to Oregon in 1977. His extensive knowledge in commercial applications provides the most appropriate roofing solutions to our commercial customers.

Lee’s knowledge of the roofing industry is reflected in his continuing education certifications including sales and management training with Prosult Proof Management Group as well as being CertainTeed Shingle Master, GAF, and Air Vent certified.

Lee is active in his community, an avid bicyclist, sports enthusiast and teen basketball coach.
