“Once the work began, it went very quickly. Afterwards, something was creaking in the wind with the venting, and they came out to adjust it. The first time it turned out the problem wasn’t resolved, so they were back at it again, until the issue was resolved — and they were perplexed (as was I), but determined! That kind of follow up is important — as the creaking was overall a minor issue, but extremely annoying if they weren’t there promptly to deal with it. Bottom line: resolved quickly, and that’s a sign of professionalism.”
