Dave is Raindrop’s office manager and you will probably hear his voice when you call. While he is not new to office management this is his experience working in the roofing industry and he is proving to be a quick study. Dave’s customer service standards and beliefs go hand-in-hand with Raindrop’s. You will experience this high level of commitment from the first call you make, to the completion of the job. During his professional career he has worked for small and large local companies including Nike, Pendleton Woolen Mills and Stay’n Power. Nick wears many hats at Raindrop Roofing NW. He can often be found on jobsites delivering materials, evaluating job progress, and ensuring that all details are attended to. Having grown up in a family of carpenters and handymen, Nick gained an early appreciation for a hard day’s work and an exact eye for details. Pairing these experiences with a college degree and CertainTeed’s “Shingle Quality Specialist” certification, Nick has both the focus and determination needed to meet Raindrop Roofing’s high quality standards. With his “get it done” personality, upbeat attitude and great sense of humor, Nick is a valuable part of the Raindrop Roofing team.

Oscar brings his quality for roofing and venting standards to Raindrop Roofing NW. A true craftsman who began hand nailing cedar shakes and shingles, perfecting the "art of the hatchet" for seven years before acquiring his first pneumatic (nail) gun, Oscar ran his own design and construction company for several years integrating the exterior envelope: both roofing and siding as well as general carpentry.
His certifications include: BPI Building Analyst, Earth advantage Sustainable Home Professional, Sustainable Building Certificate, and he is currently in training for Certified Passive House Consultant. He is also a member of the Passive House Alliance, an Earth Advantage Builder and Energy Trust Trade Ally.
Oscar brings organizational and problem solving skills and an excellent understanding of building science to Raindrop Roofing. He is committed to green building and energy efficiency literacy, striving to improve the building envelope for a healthier and happier indoor environment.
Oscar moved to Portland from Sand Diego in 1991 and not only did he discover the delicious hoppy liquid refreshment known as microbrew but he also discovered the need for good outdoor gear. Oscar became a member of the Imperial Malt foundation and on his off days, he can be found pouring over details in less traveled dusty road destinations down in Baja such as Sierra de San Pedro Martir or climbing equipment and wintry conditions up in the Olympic Mountains.
